What is Form A?
Form A is a RERA-approved contract signed between you (the property owner) and your real estate brokerage. It grants the brokerage the legal authority to list and market your property for sale under agreed terms and conditions.
Important: Without a signed Form A, brokers in Dubai are not legally permitted to advertise your property on major portals such as Property Finder or Bayut.
Form A Typically Includes:
- Property owner’s full details
- Property details (title deed number, location, size)
- Agreed asking sale price
- Broker’s commission terms
- Listing period and contract validity
- Whether the listing is exclusive or non-exclusive
- Any special conditions or instructions from the owner
The Selling Process — Step by Step
Step 1: Initial Consultation

Step 2: Property Assessment
Our team determines your property’s current market value based on comparable sales, location, condition, and DLD transaction data.
Step 3: Sign Form A & List the Property

Step 4: Viewings & Negotiations
We manage all inquiries, coordinate viewings, and negotiate on your behalf to secure the best possible offer.
Step 5: Accept Offer & Sign Form F (MOU)
When both parties agree on price and terms, we proceed to the official Memorandum of Understanding signed by buyer and seller.
Step 6: NOC & Ownership Transfer
You apply for a No Objection Certificate from the developer. Once cleared, ownership is transferred at the Dubai Land Department Trustee Office.
Step 7: Handover & Post-Transaction Support
You hand over keys, access cards, and relevant documents. Tramonto remains available for any support needed after completion.
