What is Form B?

Form B is a RERA-approved contract signed between you (the buyer) and your real estate brokerage. It formally appoints Tramonto to act on your behalf in sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating the purchase of a property — under clearly agreed terms.

Form B protects both you and your broker by clearly defining the relationship, ensuring full transparency and legal confidence throughout the transaction.

Form B Typically Includes:

  • Buyer’s full personal details
  • Property requirements and preferences
  • Budget and approved purchase range
  • Broker’s commission terms
  • Duration of the representation agreement
  • Exclusive or non-exclusive representation terms
  • Any special conditions or instructions from the buyer

Your Buying Journey — Step by Step

Step 1: Initial Consultation

We define your goals, preferred locations, property type, and budget — and advise on current market conditions and opportunities.

Step 2: Finance Pre-Approval

If purchasing with a mortgage, secure bank pre-approval before shortlisting. It strengthens your offer and speeds up the process.

Documents required: Passport / Emirates ID, Proof of income, Bank statements

Step 3: Property Search & Viewings

We curate a shortlist of matching properties and accompany you on viewings, providing honest market insight at every stage.

Step 4: Make an Offer & Negotiate

Once you’ve found the right property, we negotiate on your behalf to secure the best price and terms.

Step 5: Sign Form F (MOU)

When both parties agree, we proceed to the official Memorandum of Understanding. A deposit cheque — typically 10% of the property value — is paid at this stage.

Step 6: Finalise Financing & Documentation

Your mortgage is finalised (if applicable), and all required documents are verified and prepared for the transfer.

Step 7: Ownership Transfer at DLD

Both parties attend the Dubai Land Department Trustee Office to complete the legal transfer. The title deed is issued in your name.

Step 8: Handover & After-Sale Support

You receive keys, access cards, and all relevant documents. Tramonto remains available for property management, investment reviews, and any post-purchase needs.
