We’re Looking for a Property Consultant Who’s Hungry to Win

Most brokerages want salespeople. We want something rarer — a consultant who genuinely loves the game. Someone who reads the market over their morning coffee, follows up on a lead at 9pm without being asked, and gets a quiet satisfaction from knowing every detail of a listing before the client even asks.

WHO WE ARE

Before we talk about what we need, here’s who we are.

Tramonto International is a boutique real estate brokerage founded in Dubai in 2022. Our name comes from the Italian word for “sunset” — a symbol of new beginnings and warmth. That’s the spirit we bring to every client relationship.

We’re small, intentional, and growing. We work across residential, off-plan, luxury, and investment properties — with listings in Meydan, Downtown, Marina, and an expanding pipeline in Dubai South, Palm Jumeirah, and Nad Al Sheba. Our team holds RERA certifications, and we operate with full compliance and transparency on every deal.

1. You Have to Be Hungry

This role is commission-based. That’s not a warning — it’s an invitation. The consultants who thrive here don’t clock in and wait for leads to land in their lap. They build their pipeline, they follow up, they learn the market, and they close. If money motivates you and you’re willing to put in the work to earn it, you’ll do very well here.

We’re not looking for someone who wants a job. We’re looking for someone who wants to build a career — and knows the difference.

2. You Know How to Talk to People

Dubai is one of the most multicultural real estate markets in the world. Your clients might be an Emirati investor, a British expat buying their first home, a Chinese businessman looking for a buy-to-let, or a European retiree planning a lifestyle move. You need to read rooms quickly, communicate clearly, and make people feel genuinely heard.

Good communication here isn’t charm for the sake of it — it’s the foundation of trust. And in real estate, trust is everything.

3. You Know What You’re Selling

We want someone who understands our services deeply — not just the listings, but the full picture. That means knowing how off-plan purchases work, what DLD fees apply, how rental yields are calculated, when a property is worth negotiating hard on, and when it isn’t.

Clients come to us for guidance, not a brochure. We expect our consultants to deliver that.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Here’s what the role actually involves:

  • Building and managing a portfolio of listings across residential, off-plan, and luxury segments
  • Generating leads through Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, networking, and referrals
  • Conducting property viewings and matching clients to the right opportunities
  • Advising buyers, investors, and landlords through the full transaction process
  • Negotiating offers, handling SPA documentation, and supporting DLD registration
  • Following up consistently — because deals are often won in the fifth call, not the first
  • Keeping your CRM updated and your pipeline moving at all times
